“I just find people disingenuous and not worth my time.”
Finding “the one” is no easy task – and some people would rather be single than experience the ups and downs of dating. Instead of spending time on dates that don't work out or going through the heartache of a failed relationship, they found fulfillment in other parts of their lives. There are even a few celebrities who have discovered that flying alone is better for them and have basically given up on dating for good. These stars would rather spend time with family and friends – than snoop around on dating apps.

1. Linda Evangelista
Linda Evangelista says she's just no longer interested in dating at this point in her life. The supermodel recently revealed that she hasn't dated anyone since plastic surgery that left her “deformed” in 2016.
“No interest. I don't want to sleep with anyone anymore. I don’t want to hear anyone breathing,” Linda shared during an interview The Sunday Times.
2. Danielle Staub
“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Danielle Staub has been engaged 21 times but says she's officially “past dating.” After splitting from her fiancé Oliver Maier, Danielle says she has “received a lot of offers so far” but is no longer interested.
“I’m tired of dating and all that. I want to spend the free time I have at home with my two daughters and be happy. Looking back, I realized that I was so concerned with making the other person happy.” “In my relationships, I forgot about myself,” Danielle told people.
She continued: “Men needed me, I didn’t need them. They earned or kept their money because they had me, a pretty woman, by their side and they didn't have to look for anything. Guess what happens next.” This? After these relationships, I had nothing left. That makes me the one who was taken advantage of. And I’m done with that.”

3. Julie Bowen
In 2018 Julie Bowen separated from her husband Scott Phillips after almost 15 years of marriage. Since then, Julie has been happily single and says she has actually retired from dating completely. In fact, Julie even received a special retirement gift.

4. Mobby
Moby thinks he might stop dating for good after his last relationship. In 2021, the musician shared that it had been five years since he had dated anyone and that he was really enjoying his life as a “cloister.”
“I like to stay friends with my exes. “So a lot of times when a relationship ends, I try not to date again for three to six months, kind of out of respect for the person I just dated,” Moby says told people. “But in this case, six months went by and I realized that no institution in my life, to myself and to other people, has caused more harm than dating.”
He added: “I looked at all the pain that my dating life and other people's dating lives had caused, and then I looked at the other things in my life – creativity, spirituality, activism and health – and I thought, 'Okay, dating, maybe I'm done.' So it's been five years. I haven't had a date in five years. And the only thing that worries me is that it's not worrying. I don’t miss it.”
5. Sharon Stone
Sharon stone She has been known to show up on dating apps, but after spending a lot of time swiping, she says she's done dating. In 2020, she explained that she realized that most people weren't worth her time – and she simply enjoyed her friends and family more.
“I’m done dating, I’m sick of dating. I just find people disingenuous and not worth my time. I enjoy my time alone and time with my kids and my friends more… I don't want any insincerity and bologna and game planning,” Sharon further shared The Drew Barrymore Show.

6. Patti LaBelle
In 2021, Patti LaBelle shared that she has “no interest” in dating again at 77 years old. She explained that she leads a very full life and doesn't need a partner to complete her.
“I just live my life like it’s platinum,” Patti said told people. “Thank God I have a lot of people who take care of me. I live alone with my dog, Mr. Cuddles, and seek love from everyone. I do.”
It seems that Patti's attitude towards dating has changed recently as she shared in 2023 that this was the case “Somehow, someway” open to dating because she was “too good to be alone.”
7. Amber rose
Amber rose has no problem being single for the rest of her life. she says The dating pool is “worse than ever” At the moment she has almost completely given up on finding a partner.
“[Men are] pretty disgusting out here. They're fucking disgusting. I want to be single for the rest of my life. I don't want to share my house or my life with anyone. I don't want anyone near my children. I don't want to have sex. It's so disgusting. 8. Diane Keaton
While Diane Keaton has been in some high-profile relationships in the past, has never been married – and hasn't dated in over three decades. In fact, Diane can't imagine going on any dates in the future.
“I don’t date,” she said said AARP. “Highly unlikely. I don't remember anyone calling me and saying, 'This is so-and-so. I'd like to take you out.' That does not happen. Of course not.”

9. Jane Fonda
As she thinks about her life, Jane Fonda admitted she had some regrets about the “lack of intimacy” she experienced. But despite dreaming of a man who will blow her away, she says she won't dabble in dating in the future.
“I've kind of come to terms with it [the lack of intimacy]. I don't want to be in a relationship, a sexual relationship, again. I don't have that wish. Am I fantasizing? Yes,” said Jane Harper's Bazaar.
10. Stevie Nicks
Stevie Nicks admits she gave up dating because she narrowed her list of potential suitors to “no one.” She explained that she's afraid of falling in love with someone who will ultimately die – and believes that most men her age “want to date someone who's 25” anyway.
“It's been going on since the Bible, and I haven't even read the Bible, but I know that. So what should I do? Compete with that? I'm not a competitor. “So I don’t want to be in that situation,” she said said Rolling Stone.
