There are few things more disconcerting than learning that a colleague you’ve sat next to for years has a secret twin that he’s “hidden” from you. The same goes for celebrities too.
Of course, there are the twins known for being twins — Sprouse brothers Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, according to the list — but when we find out the supermodel we’ve loved for years has a twin sister who you or run our business If your favorite superhero has a twin who worked for Obama, the shock of your colleague’s twin doesn’t seem to mean anything.
Luckily we’ve put them together for you. Here are eight stars you never knew had a twin sibling.
Gisele & Patricia Bundchen

The world knows Gisele Bundchen for many things – her unbeatable walk, countless stunning magazine covers and more generally for being one of the most successful supermodels of the 2000s.
What many don’t realize, however, is that behind the glitz and glamor her twin sister Patricia is helping run the show. Patricia, who Gisele affectionately calls Pati, serves as the model’s business manager in Brazil, where she oversees everything that goes into the inner workings of a supermodel.

Laverne Cox got her big break on the hit Netflix series Orange is the New Black, and so did her twin brother. M Lamar, who shares his sister’s love of entertainment – as a composer, musician and gothic icon – played his sister’s character, Sophia Burset, in two flashbacks of their transition.
He also appeared on the ABC reality show Claim to Fame but quickly dropped out in episode three when his famous relative was found out.
Scarlett and Hunter Johansson

Scarlett Johansson regularly brings her twin brother, Hunter, to red carpets and high-profile events. But who is he? Well, he shares his sister’s love of politics and charity and has been involved in President Obama’s re-election campaign and as a community organizer for Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer. Today he is the CEO and Founder of Solar Responders, a non-profit organization that uses renewable energy to save lives.

Rami Malek has also brought his twin brother Sami to some of his awards shows – although unlike Scarlett and Hunter, the Malek brothers are identical. Sami, who is considered one of Rami’s biggest supporters, is an English and American Sign Language teacher in Los Angeles.
Ashton and Michael Kutcher

Ashton Kutcher is possibly the world’s biggest supporter of his twin brother, Michael. Michael lives with cerebral palsy and was diagnosed before kindergarten.
Michael’s life experience with the disease eventually led to him appearing as a speaker for the Cerebral Palsy Foundation and Donate Life, and sharing his stories with the Centers for Disease Control as well as the National Institutes of Health — all accomplishments his brother supported.
Vin Diesel and Paul Sinclair Vincent

Vin Diesel’s twin brother never took a stage name. Paul Sinclair Vincent is Mr. Diesel’s fraternal twin and also did sound editing for the 1995 film Multi-Facial, which starred his brother. However, now he seems to have completely retired from the entertainment industry and is concentrating on the entertainment of his children and family man.

Backstreet Boy Aaron Carter and his twin brother Angel co-starred in a 2006 reality TV show called House of Carters. However, the show only lasted one season. Though the two had a difficult relationship, she has spoken publicly about how her brother’s death inspired her to advocate for children’s mental health.
