Billie Eilish to host SNL along with Kate McKinnon and Ego Nwodim, here’s when | Hollywood

NBC's “Saturday Night Live” released a promo for the Dec. 16 episode featuring singer/songwriter Billie Eilish, actress/comedian Kate McKinnon and Ego Nwodim.

While Kate will host the show, Billiw will be a musical guest on the episode. The promo started with the three celebrities sharing their favorite things about Christmas. While Ego and Billie mentioned common things like lights, decorations and the Rockefeller tree, Kate listed things like the age of Christmas, root vegetables and the birthday of the undefeated sun god Mithra.

Well, just like the rest of us, Ego was equally surprised by previous responses when the Barbie star and former SNL cast member mentioned candy canes on the list of things that could brighten up the Christmas spirit.

Fans of the celebrities have expressed their excitement and anticipation for the episode through their comments on X.

Billie and Kate return to the SNL stage

The “What Was I Made For” singer made her SNL debut back in 2019 as a musical guest alongside actor Woody Harrelson on the show's Season 45 premiere. Billie performed “Bad Guy” and “I Love You” with her brother Finneas O-Connell.

Their second appearance took place on December 11, 2011. The singer played the dual role of host and guest star in the season 47 holiday special. This time, she and Finneas appeared in “Happier Than Ever” and “Male Fantasy.”

Her third appearance on the show will be this Saturday, December 16th.

Barbie star Kate McKinnon, who was a cast member on SNL between 2012 and 2022, will also be making her comeback.
