It was produced by the NYC Next volunteer group to celebrate the return of the city.

“The arts are the oxygen of New York, and the opening on Broadway is like the city can breathe easy again,” said Stephen Colbert.
“I’m so ready to get back on stage and have this amazing exchange that only artists and viewers can have every night,” said LaChanze.
