More than 100 models from before 1959 to the 1990s are on display on the shore.
Judges include former Hoboken Fire Battalion Chief Mike Turner of “Survivor”, artist Al Barsky, designer Donowan Harell and others. Children between the ages of 8 and 14 can apply to be judges (see link below).
“HBA is excited to present the first Hudson River Showcase along our Hoboken waterfront,” said Roxanne Earley, executive director of the Hoboken Business Alliance. “We look forward to welcoming everyone to the mile-wide city to enjoy everything the city has to offer, from the spectacular views to the many shops and restaurants lining the charming streets.”
Participation is free.
This judged car show also includes the Hagerty Youth Judging Program. Aimed primarily at youngsters aged 8 to 14, this program brings the world of classics to a kid-friendly level. The young judges are guided as a group through the showground to pre-selected show cars and interact with the owners, allowing the judges to learn details, history and fun facts about each vehicle.
The youth evaluation is free for participants and includes a hat, t-shirt and evaluation equipment. Juvenile judges can apply here.
Car collectors who wish to apply to participate can click here for car registration.
