THE ANGEL – Beyoncé and Jay-Z as the ultimate power couple is truly an understatement, as both recently topped the list of biggest celebrity real estate moves of 2023.
Real estate experts at Agent Advice examined 80 real estate transactions involving music stars in the United States from January to December 2023. The data focused on identifying the most expensive financial transactions, including real estate purchases, sales and listings.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z took the top spot on the list with their $190 million purchase of a Malibu mansion last May. The mega estate, measuring 40,000 square feet across 8 acres, features a private beach, among other world-class amenities. It was considered the most expensive home ever sold in California and the second most expensive real estate transaction in the United States

The price for the 28,000-square-foot home was increased to $80 million in December. Luxurious amenities include a speakeasy, fitness center and screening room.
