ZANESVILLE, OH — Many joined The Dancing Divas for a night of dancing tonight.
The Dancing Divas of Zanesville celebrated Valentine’s Day with dinner and dancing. They announced the celebrities for the 2023 Dancing Divas competition. The 8 Celebrities for Dancing with the Divas Season 11 are Bill Bird, April Gibson, Cedric Harris, Mike King, Bill Shaw, Jamie Trout, Brian Wagner and Becky Weir. Each celebrity has chosen a different charity to raise money for.
“I love that as a group we have had the opportunity to help other people raise money for charity. Not only are we raising money for our own organization, The Dancing Divas, we are a 501C3. But we do offer people the opportunity to raise money for other charities in the community.” Artistic director of The Dancing Divas, Trudy Cultice, explained.
The ticket cost $15 and proceeds went to the Dancing Divas organization to help provide scholarships and for the Dancing Divas event in July. The event will take place on July 22nd at the Eaglesticks in Zanesville.
“Over the past 11 seasons we have raised almost $300,000 for the charities in our community. We’re very proud of that,” said Cultice.
Tickets for the July 22nd event go on sale on June 1st.
