A while back I told you about celebrities you had no idea who call The Garden State home. Of course, this list keeps growing as we learn something new every day.
Where did the inspiration come from this time? You know how TV can sometimes lead you down a Google rabbit hole? It’s so easy to get bogged down in looking up actors, characters, and storylines that you forget you’re even watching anything on TV.
That’s exactly what happened to me. I watched season 1 of American Horror Story as I wanted to learn more about the character Violet Harmon played by Taissa Farmiga.
Boom! A quick google search told me it’s actually from Whitehouse Station. I’ve seen her on shows over the years without knowing it. If I had no idea, you probably didn’t know either.
It doesn’t stop with her. There are so many other talented celebrities we’re proud to share a home state with!
To be fair, some of these celebrities weren’t born here, but they have lived a large part of their lives here. A friend just told me about a famous director who has lived here for most of his life…his childhood home is still standing!
