Here are the celebrities, athletes playing at Annexus Pro-AM

Michael Phelps, Emmitt Smith and Albert Pujols are among the celebrities set to perform at the WM Phoenix Open 2023 in February.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – The all-time winning Olympian, the NFL’s all-time leading rusher and one of four members of MLB’s 700 home run club will take the course at the Annexus Pro-Am in February.

Michael Phelps, Emmitt Smith and Albert Pujols are among the first list of celebrities set to play at the popular golf event.

Pujols will make his debut at the Annexus Pro-Am just months after retiring from baseball with an incredible 703 home runs. He is a three-time National League Most Valuable Player and an 11-time All Star.

Phelps, with his record 23 Olympic gold medals, is a regular at the Annexus Pro-AM. The Scottsdale native will make his seventh appearance at the event.

After retiring from the NFL as the all-time leading rusher, Smith will make his fifth appearance on the court. In his first appearance in 2016, he won today’s WHOOP Shot at Glory.

“The Annexus Pro-Am is a highly anticipated event for our fans each year, and we have high expectations for world-class celebrities and athletes who are making a special appearance in town with the Super Bowl,” said the 2023 tournament chairman , Pat Williams. “We are very excited to announce the start of an amazing Pro-Am field of high-caliber athletes and celebrities starting the tournament week.”

The Annexus Pro-Am is part of the 2023 Worlds Phoenix Open taking place February 6-12 at TPC Scottsdale.

Start times for the event range from 8:30am to 10:30am, with exact times to be announced shortly before the event on WMPhoenixOpen.com.
