There are many celebrities with Arabic ancestry and many of them are Hollywood stars and A-listers and the names are surprising!

1. Shakira
Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll is a Colombian singer. Born and raised in Barranquilla, she has been dubbed the “Queen of Latin Music”.
And the The Hips Don’t Lie singer is actually half-Lebanese, as her paternal grandparents were Lebanese immigrants who settled in New York.
2. Jade Thirlwall
Little Mix band member Jade Thirwall’s grandfather is Yemeni and her grandmother is Egyptian. Thirlwall’s grandfather Mohammed moved to South Shields from Yemen in 1943.
3. Jerry Seinfeld
Jerry Seinfeld’s mother, Née Hosni (Betty), was Syrian, and his father, Kálmán Seinfeld, immigrated to the United States from Hungary.
His mother Betty and her parents Selim and Salha Hosni were Jews from Aleppo, Syria. Their nationality was given as Turkish when they immigrated in 1917 as Syria was under the Ottoman Empire.
4. DJ Khaled
DJ Khaled; Born. Khaled Mohammed Khaled is very open about his Arab heritage.
Born in New Orleans to Palestinian parents, the musician revealed that his mother is from Ramallah and his father is from Al-Mazra’a ash-Sharqiya. DJ Khaled has a brother named Alaa Khaled.
5. Teri Hatcher
The Desperate Housewives star is half Syrian on her mother’s side.
6.Ariana Grande
The 7 Rings singer underwent a genetic test which revealed she has Moroccan, Tunisian or Algerian roots from one side of the family.
7. Jenna Dewan
Actress Jenna Dewan has Lebanese roots, she has a half Polish, half Lebanese father, while her mother is half English and half German.
8. Steve Jobs
His estranged biological father is actually Syrian but was adopted into a white family.
9. Wentworth Miller
Wentworth is of mixed-race origin: his father is of African-American, English, German, Jewish, and Cherokee descent, and his mother is of Russian, French, Dutch, Syrian, and Lebanese descent.
