Presenter Jenni Falconer and politician Matt Hancock were among the stars who took part in the London Marathon this year.
Over 50,000 runners competed on the 26.2 mile route through the capital. The marathon started in Blackhath and ran around famous landmarks in London. Many celebrities took part in the grueling course, including actress Ruth Wilson, who ran on behalf of Alzheimer's Research UK following her father Nigel's diagnosis.
Dame Kelly Holmes, TV presenter Jenni and others were seen smiling as they reached the finish line after completing the course. Mr Hancock, who has been busy with many reality appearances in recent years, beamed with joy as he presented his medal to photographers as he recovered from exhaustion. Comedian Romesh Ranganathan, radio star Chris Evans, Jamie Borthwick and Sophie Raworth also took part in the marathon.
