With Big Mouth Season 6 premiering in October 2022, Netflix has announced an exciting list of celebrity guests. Cartoon teens’ favorites and their hormone monsters join the voices of some of Hollywood’s biggest stars behind a cast of quirky new characters. While all of the new characters’ names have not yet been announced, a variety of A-listers have been confirmed to join the cast.
As this season focuses on family, the trailer reveals a range of wild frolics, from DNA tests to a father-daughter dance. The trailer gives a glimpse into each character’s family and the unique struggles they face, including hormone monster Maury’s pregnancy with him and Connie’s child, which ties a storyline from the Human Resources spin-off to the storyline of Big Mouth. The trailer also features the spoofs of this season’s popular shows and films, including Bridgerton, Mama Mia and Pretty Woman.

8/8 Jeff Goldblum
Keep an eye out for Season 6’s shiny new tech toy, the Apple Brooch, voiced by Jeff Goldblum! In a recent preview clip, Nick spots Jessi wearing the new apple brooch, a gift from her parents to make amends with their ongoing divorce drama. The apple brooch then continues talking to Nick, convincing him to ask his mother to buy him one of his own with the promise that owning an apple brooch will make him more attractive to others at school.
7/8 Adam Levin
Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine made headlines this month following his cheating scandal, but he was also recently confirmed as a guest star on the new season of Big Mouth. The trailer also shows what appears to be Levine’s character, who performs a major musical number throughout the season, giving him a chance to showcase his famous singing alongside main character Lola in a Mama Mia-style number.
6/8 Bryan Tyree Henry
Actor Bryan Tyree Henry joins the season as Elijah, a new love interest of Missy. In a preview clip recently posted to the show’s Instagram, Elijah can be seen struggling to make sense of how to balance his religious rules and budding relationship with Missy, and seeks advice from Jesus on what to do is.
5/8 Tyler the Creator
Rapper Tyler the Creator joins the guest star roster this season as none other than Jesus! A recently released preview clip features Tyler the Creator as Jesus, who advises Missy’s love interest, Elijah, to get close to her on the dance floor.
4/8 Chris O’Dowd
Chris O’Dowd returns as his Human Resources character Flanny O’Lympic and he’s back in the Lovebug groove! While there’s still no confirmation as to whose love life Flanny O’Lympic will be involved in this time around, there are sure to be some tender moments between the characters.
3/8 Ed Helms
Actor Ed Helms is also confirmed as a guest star for Season 6, and while his character has yet to be confirmed, hilarity is sure to follow. Helms, best known for his comedic roles in franchises The Office and The Hangover, makes him a perfect companion for Big Mouth.
2/8 Annaleigh Ashford
Actress Annaleigh Ashford will also join the celebrity guest-stars of season six. Though her character’s name has yet to be officially confirmed, Ashford reposted the season 6 trailer to Instagram earlier this month, fueling excitement about her role on the show. Ashford has a variety of acting roles in her background, having played many different characters in a variety of films, television shows and Broadway productions including Legally Blonde: The Musical, The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let’s Do The Time Warp Again and sitcom B Positive.
1/8 Steve-O
Best known for his crazy comedic stunts in the Jackass franchise, stuntman Steve-O has also been confirmed for a guest appearance in Big Mouth season 6. These days, Steve-O is still busy with his trademark wild stunts, in addition to a podcast, creating YouTube content and launching a worldwide adult-only comedy tour. There’s no confirmation yet on what new character he’ll be playing, but if his past comedic work is any indication, he’ll be a hilarious addition to this season’s guest star roster.
