1. Yul replaced

The popular Nollywood actor, who had been repeatedly teased about his decision to take a second wife, Judy Austin, in November 2022, revealed he would soon be focusing on becoming a servant of God.

In a video shared through his YouTube page, Yul revealed that he was called long ago to serve God as His servant.

According to Yul, he had made a name for himself and now believes he was called to serve God. He emphasized that he will use the remaining days of his life to achieve this goal.

2.BBNaijas Pere Egbi

The reality star is the latest celebrity to share his dream of one day becoming a minister of God’s words.

Pere made headlines on November 24 when he said to his Twitter account that he was going to fulfill his dream of working for God before he died.

In his words:

“Forget that celebrity BS, I will one day stand in the pulpit preaching the gospel to tens of millions. It’s my dream. Last thing I have to do before I leave Earth.”

3. Tonto Dikeh

The Nollywood actress-turned-politician said during her chat with Chude Jideonwo that she has dreams of becoming a pastor

Tonto Dikeh, a mother-of-one, while discussing her reason for venturing into politics, said she should become a pastor, stressing that she could become one.

She said:

“I mean, I was a church girl who wanted to be a pastor. I should be a pastor, maybe I still am. Depending on where God takes me.”

4. Fadayi Oloro

Veteran actor Nollywood actor Ojo Arowosoge, better known as Fadeyi Oloro, during an interview with Legit.ng, said he would soon be a pastor.

Fadeyi, famous for his role as a herbalist in Yoruba films in the ’80s and ’90s, said he will become a minister in the near future, stressing that he will not be attending a seminary just yet.

5. Kee

The Nigerian singer-star said in 2017 he would have become a pastor if he hadn’t ventured into music.

Kcee said during his interview with the Daily Trust that he is still watching and might become a pastor in the future as he has a strong relationship with God and cannot run away from it.

He said:

“I would have been a pastor, and I’m watching myself, maybe someday I’ll be a pastor. I believe I have a strong relationship with God and I can’t run away from it. I firmly believe that God will use me for anything, I will definitely end up in a church. I know I have a calling and when the call finally comes, it will be accepted and not missed.”

Pere says life is spiritual

Pere said that anyone who wants to control the physical must be spiritual, while warning that the world is unimaginably evil.

In his words:

“The Holy Spirit, speaking through the Apostle Paul, said, ‘Pray without ceasing’. Never stop praying. There’s a reason. I understand why! This world is unimaginably EVIL and life is spiritual. To have control over the physical, YOU must be SPIRITUAL! No two ways to do that. Prayer can change the timeline of events!”
