African Americans are more than three times more likely to get the coronavirus than whites and twice as likely to die.
To erase the differences, The Black Coalition Against COVID starts a national dialogue about COVID-19 by launching the Love Letter to Black America from America’s Black Doctors and Nurses. The initiative is built on a love for and for the Black Community and is a collaboration with Howard University, Morehouse School of Medicine, Meharry Medical College, Charles Drew University, the National Medical Association, the National Black Nurses Association and the National Urban League.
