Analyst reveals BTC price will not fall below this

The crypto market, especially Bitcoin (BTC), has been declining recently. Amid these fluctuations, the flagship cryptocurrency has come under intense scrutiny.

Despite the decline from the recent high of $44,000, one crypto analyst urged the community to “not panic.” The current market situation reflects a typical correction phase rather than a long-term downward trend.

According to Ali Charts, a well-known crypto analyst, Bitcoin has established a “robust” support zone between $37,150 and $38,360. This critical area is reinforced by the activity of about 1.52 million addresses, which purchased a total of about 534,000 BTC at this price, according to Ali.

The analyst believes the significant accumulation forms a “strong” foundation that may prevent further declines in Bitcoin’s value.

Bitcoin's resistance and the path forward

Despite the recent market downturn, Bitcoin's potential for recovery and further growth remains a topic of interest. Ali has also identified two key resistance levels at $43,850 and $46,400 that could threaten Bitcoin's bullish momentum.

These points represent significant thresholds where selling pressure could intensify, potentially hindering Bitcoin's ability to regain its recent highs.

In case of a deeper correction, #Bitcoin will find solid support between $37,150 and $38,360. This zone is supported by 1.52 million addresses holding $534,000 BTC.

Meanwhile, Bitcoin price is down 0.3% in the last 24 hours, with the price trading below $42,000, extending its retreat from the $44,000 mark. This loss in value is reflected in the cryptocurrency's trading volume, which fell from $37 billion to $21 billion. This decline indicates reduced trading activity, indicating a cooling phase after the recent market rally.

The positive side of the Bitcoin withdrawal

Amid concerns about Bitcoin's price fluctuations, experts like William Clemente, co-founder of Reflexivity Research, offer a different perspective. Clemente emphasizes that the current decline, which may see the Bitcoin price rise to around $40,000, is not necessarily a negative development.

Clemente argues that this correction is essential to “shake out weak hands” and reduce market leverage, ultimately creating a more solid foundation for future growth.

The Reflexivity Research co-founder further noted: “Bitcoin’s volatility is a feature, not a bug.”

BTC has just roughly doubled in two months without any setbacks, so a correction isn't that surprising.

Corrections eliminate “weak hands” and leverage, creating a stronger foundation for eventual upward moves.

Bitcoin volatility is a feature, not a bug.
