Benji Bananas ecosystem introduces a new token BENJI replacing PRIMATE.

Dear Benji family, as many of you may know, a few months ago our market maker wallet was compromised resulting in approximately 30 million (20%) of the outstanding PRIMATE tokens being stolen. To ensure the future of the Benji ecosystem is built on solid foundations, we are introducing a new token: BENJIto replace PRIMATE. All PRIMATE holders should exchange their PRIMATE for BENJI; If you have PRIMATE in your wallet, you should not move your funds now; If you have placed PRIMATE or PRIMATE LP tokens on SushiSwap or ApeSwap, please save the bet and withdraw it to the same wallet. Swap will be available soon on the Benji Bananas website. Stay tuned for more announcements.

So what exactly is changing?

the new token, BENJI (Token address: 0xca5b0ae1d104030a9b8f879523508efd86c14483) will replace PRIMATE in our future Play and Earn (P&E) events and the larger Benji Bananas ecosystem. The token economy, total token count and circulation will remain the same as the existing PRIMATE token amounts. The launch of the new token aims to minimize the risk for our holders and the community.

What is the timeline for launching the new token?

We have taken a snapshot of your PRIMATE tokens in your wallets and liquidity pools at the time of this announcement. Please refrain from transferring PRIMATE tokens to or from your wallets., unless you have PRIMATE tokens in liquidity pools (see the following section: “For liquidity pools on decentralized exchanges” for more information). PRIMATE trading on Huobi will also be paused.

(At the time of announcement) July 17, 2023 00:30 UTC –

We have:

• A snapshot of the current PRIMATE tokens in wallets and liquidity pools has been created

From July 17, 2023 –

We will:

• Pause the PRIMATE token claim feature on the site. Unclaimed tokens can be claimed once the new token rollout is complete (please stay tuned for updates).
• Pause transaction on Central Exchange (Huobi).
• Create new liquidity pools for BENJI (please stay updated on the pools created)
• Allows you to exchange PRIMATE to BENJI at a 1:1 ratio (please stay tuned for feature release).
• Each wallet can only trade ONCE
• The amount you can trade is determined by the amount at the snapshot AND the amount you currently have in your wallet

Example

• If you have 100 PRIMATE in your wallet and liquidity pool at the time of the snapshot,
• At the time of the exchange, you have 100 PRIMATE in the same wallet

→ You can exchange for 100 BENJI

• If you have 100 PRIMATE in your wallet and liquidity pool at the time of the snapshot,
• At the time of the exchange, you have 200 PRIMATE in the same wallet

→ You can exchange for 100 BENJI

* Additional PRIMATE may not be exchanged

• If you have 100 PRIMATE in your wallet and liquidity pool at the time of the snapshot,
• At the time of the exchange, you have 50 PRIMATE in the same wallet

→ You can exchange for 50 BENJI

* You can only trade the amount of PRIMATE (on Ethereum) you currently have in your wallet and you can only trade once. Make sure you have all PRIMATE eligible for the exchange. If you have PRIMATE on Binance Smart Chain (BSC), please bridge it back to Ethereum in the same wallet.

July 18, 2023 and after –

• Resume the P&E application function on the Benji Bananas website
• After that, everything will continue as normal with the new token BENJI. You have 1 month to exchange all your PRIMATE for BENJI
• BENJI will be listed on Huobi on or before July 31. Please stay informed of our updates
• Watch out for our community channels for special events for on-chain BENJI holders

How will the new token be launched?

For PRIMATE token holders

Just before BENJI becomes available to trade:

• A snapshot is taken to record the amount of PRIMATE tokens in your wallets
• DO NOT Move your PRIMATE

After BENJI is available to trade:

• Read them through How to swap guide to understand how to exchange your PRIMATE tokens with the to BENJI tokens same wallet
• Each wallet can only trade ONCE
• The amount available for exchange is determined by the amount at the snapshot AND the amount you currently have in your wallet
• If you have PRIMATE on Binance Smart Chain (BSC), please bridge it back to Ethereum in the same wallet
• If your PRIMATE is located somewhere other than MetaMask or Coinbase and you are not sure how to trade, Please fill this out Google form until August 18, 2023

For Centralized Exchange (Huobi):

Just before he was airdropped, BENJI:

• All transactions of the PRIMATE token will be paused

After BENJI is airdropped:

• PRIMATE token holders will be airdropped with a corresponding amount of the new token BENJI
• The new token BENJI is listed

For liquidity pools on decentralized exchanges

Just before BENJI becomes available to trade:

• Read the How to Swap guide.
• De-stake and withdraw your PRIMATE from Liquidity Pools or Liquidity Pool Tokens from Liquidity Pool Stake. If you have collected bonuses, Please request it from the pool and submit it Google form until August 18, 2023

After BENJI is available to trade:

• Read the How to Swap guide, then swap your retired PRIMATE for BENJI
• New liquidity pools with additional liquidity will be created. Please stay tuned for updates on liquidity pools
