Binance Expands Liquid Swap Offering to Add Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Shiba Inu and Stablecoins

Binance Liquid Swap Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Shiba Inu and Stablecoins – In response to the increasing demand for cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Shiba Inu and Dogecoin, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, has created seven new liquidity pools for these digital assets. Users can trade between different tokens or add liquidity to Binance’s pools to incentivize with the Liquid Trade feature.

Dogecoin, Shiba Inu and Bitcoin Liquidity Pools launched by Binance

On April 24, Binance’s Liquid Swap service unveiled the addition of seven new liquidity pools. The three most commonly used liquidity pools are TUSD/USDT, SHIB/DOGE and BTC/TUSD. BEL/USDT, ID/BTC, ID/USDT and SYN/USDT are some others.

Adding liquidity to a liquidity pool and becoming a liquidity provider is not without risk, even though the liquidity pools allow users to trade instantly and pool tokens to earn rewards. During unpredictable market conditions, the market price of tokens may change significantly, resulting in reduced or negative stake income.

Since Paxos stopped producing Binance USD (BUSD) stablecoin as a result of the government crackdown on cryptocurrencies in the United States, Binance is leaning toward TrueUSD (TUSD) stablecoin. In fact, all crypto pairs except TUSD no longer have fee-free trading on the cryptocurrency exchange. As a result, trading activity in several BTC pairs dropped precipitously, while trading volume in BTC/TUSD increased slightly.

Users can trade tokens at market value through the SHIB/DOGE liquidity pool. Following the launch of the Shibarium Layer-2 blockchain beta and hints from Elon Musk that Dogecoin would be integrated with Twitter for payments, both hoax coins saw increased demand.

In particular, a transaction fee is charged when only one cryptocurrency asset is added to the liquidity pool.

Cryptocurrency prices are still falling

Immediately after Binance’s latest news, cryptocurrency traders are reacting. The prices of popular cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Dogecoin and Shiba Inu have increased a bit.

BTC price is still fluctuating trading below $27,500 and making a low of $27,169. The price is currently recovering from the $27,000 level as some investors buy on a dip.

Due to sell-offs and a poor burn rate over the past few days, SHIB’s price is currently $0.0000103, down 11% in a week. The general consensus is that SHIB’s price will be $0.01 by the end of the year.

Meanwhile, the price of DOGE is still fluctuating. The price is currently at $0.0791, down 2% on the previous day and 17% on the previous week. However, some analysts believe that this could be the last correction we see before cryptocurrency prices start to rise.
