The cryptocurrency market is trading neutral as some coins are in the green while others continue to fall.
Top Coins by CoinMarketCap
BTC/USD
Bitcoin (BTC) continues to decline since yesterday, down 0.59%.
BTC/USD chart by TradingView
Bitcoin (BTC) is trading against the increased volume in the mid-channel. Right now, one needs to watch closely for the important $40,000 mark. If the bulls can break it and fix it above, slight growth could resume in the $42,000-$44,000 zone shortly.
Bitcoin is trading at $39,839 at press time.
ETH/USD
Unlike Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) is up 1.73% over the past 24 hours.
ETH/USD chart by TradingView
Ethereum (ETH) is on the verge of breaking yesterday’s high of $3,089. If buyers manage to breach it and trading volume picks up, continued growth could take the first altcoin’s price to the next local resistance at $3,208 by the end of the week.
Ethereum is trading at $3,073 at press time.
XRP/USD
XRP has followed ETH’s surge, up 1% since yesterday.
XRP/USD chart by TradingView
Despite the growth, XRP is neither bullish nor bearish as the price is far from its crucial levels after bouncing off the $0.6959 support. In this case, the more likely scenario is a consolidation in the $0.70 area.
However, it may take a few days for XRP to bounce back into the $0.72-$0.74 zone.
XRP is trading at $0.714 at press time.
DOGE/USD
DOGE grew the least of the list, up just 0.24%.
DOGE/USD chart by trade view
DOGE remains weaker than other coins as price continues to trade near the $0.132 support. The buy trade volume has decreased, which means that bulls may need more energy for further upward movement. However, if the seller pressure continues, a breakout of the orange level can be expected followed by a sharp drop to $0.12.
DOGE is trading at $0.1401 at press time.
