What crypto exchanges are saying about the current market scenario
Edul Patel, co-founder and CEO of Mudrex, told ABP Live, “Bitcoin traded flat over the weekend as bears continued to pressure the market. BTC has been trading sideways since collapsing a few days ago. Over the past month, BTC has gained almost 1 percent in value. If the buyers can keep the initiative won, we could soon see BTC trading above the $19,600 zone. But if buyers lose control of $19,000, expect a sharp pullback. On the other hand, Ethereum changed hands above the $1,300 level. Ethereum price is attempting to recover from its trendline support. It is likely that the price may consolidate for a few more sessions. ETH support now stands at $1,230 while resistance stands at $1,400.”
Sathvik Vishwanath, CEO and co-founder of Unocoin said: “Notably, XRP is currently trading at $0.4897, down 1.26 percent over the past 24 hours. However, XRP’s prospects continue to rise as the asset’s developer, Ripple Labs, files a securities case with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company scored a major victory last week after a judge ordered the SEC to release key documents containing comments from a former SEC director. BNB is trading at $283.91, downtrending 3.58 percent over the past 24 hours. Despite the decline, BNB stands comparatively stable and strong compared to other crypto assets.”
WeTrade founder Prashant Kumar also commented on the market scenario: “Crypto market cap showed conservative gains of less than 1 percent during Asian trading hours on Monday morning. On Friday, the U.S. jobs report showed a modest drop in the jobless rate, which fell from 3.7 percent to 3.5 percent, showing that the rate hike would remain high and thus impact the crypto market. The crypto market, including the two most important cryptocurrencies, however, shows a stable movement. Bitcoin continues to remain below $20,000 while Ethereum holds its position and trades above $1,300.”
BuyUCoin CEO Shivam Thakral said: “Total crypto market cap is hovering around $945 billion, a marginal jump of 0.8 percent over the past 24 hours. Bitcoin sat on a wafer of this $20,000 support but lost it over the weekend to trade at $19,475, while Ethereum is trading around $1,325, up a healthy 1.19 percent jump over the past 24 hours. Other coins like SOL, DOGE, MATIC and TRON remained unchanged with slight fluctuations in their values. The outages on the Solana network and BNB chain wreaked havoc on the crypto market as they exposed critical operational loopholes. Ongoing economic pressures, geopolitical uncertainty and the hawkish stance of central banks around the world will keep investors on their toes in the coming weeks.”
