(headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tetsuya Fujiwara, hereinafter ForN).

DEA’s “PlayMining” is a GameFi platform that combines games and NFT trading and has over 2.4 million users from around 100 countries as of August 2022. In addition to its flagship play-and-earn title, JobTribes, which has been available since May 2020, DEA launched a new title, Cookin’ Burger, in August 2022 and plans to release several new titles in fiscal 2022 bring to the market worldwide web3 gaming industry.
Meanwhile, YGG Japan, established by YGG after its expansion to Japan, aims to not only let Japanese game users “Play to Earn”, but also to lead them into the world of “Play and Earn”. YGG Japan will also support Japanese game companies to launch their blockchain games globally.
[DEA×YGG Japan] Original NFTs will be minted and distributed at Tokyo Game Show 2022 as the first step in the collaboration.
DEA and YGG Japan will both exhibit at “Tokyo Game Show 2022” to be held at Makuhari Messe from Thursday, September 15th to Sunday, September 18th, 2022, and carry out a joint project. To commemorate this partnership, as the first step in the collaboration, an original NFT “Guild Gamer” will be created for JobTribes and distributed at the Tokyo Game Show.
The original NFT is a collaborative NFT with any guild supporting JobTribes as guilds on top of YGG Japan. In addition to each guild’s logo in the figure, the skill names that can be used in the JobTribes game were determined based on the public nominations of each guild’s community members.
The original NFTs will be minted and distributed to visitors to the YGG Japan and DEA booths at Tokyo Game Show 2022 on Saturday September 17th and Sunday September 18th.
DEA and YGG Japan will collaborate on various activities to build and expand the community to achieve the common goal of “mass adoption of blockchain games” in the Japanese market.
