Today, Enzyme is pleased to announce liquidity pool support for Aave V3, the latest version of the widely used DeFi liquidity platform. Now users can leverage the advanced features of the Aave V3 liquidity protocol for both our Ethereum and Polygon deployments to generate attractive returns.

Aave V3 is the latest version of the Aave protocol, an innovative non-custodial liquidity protocol. Users can participate as suppliers, borrowers, or liquidators, earning interest on provided assets and borrowing in an overcollateralized (or undercollateralized, in the case of quick loans) manner. Aave V3 extends the core concepts of its protocol (aTokens, instant liquidity, stable rate borrowing, loan delegation, etc.) with new and exciting risk mitigation and security features.

Key features of Aave V3 include:

• Portal that enables seamless asset transfer across different V3 deployments on different blockchain networks
• Isolation mode that limits the risk of new assets being used as collateral
• Supply caps that allow governance to set limits on assets provided to minimize risk
