Gamified yield farming app ZooKeeper launches NFT fighting game ZooRena, powered by $ZOO

What is ZooRena?

ZooRena is a unique interactive battle game in which two opposing clans made up of different ZooKeeper mascots compete once a week. Participants choose which clan to support and add extra power to their chosen clan by attaching an NFT to increase their clan’s chances of winning. In addition, in-game events are made available for betting with numerous possible outcomes.

ZooRena was created with the main purpose of entertaining ZooKeeper community by enabling interaction between ZooKeeper dApp and Telegram group channel. Applicants can discuss their favorite team, which NFT should apply to the fight, their bets, strategies and more. Enter the ZooRena

Upon entering the ZooRena, users will be prompted to choose a side for the next battle and then pay a dynamic entry fee (1% of the current Gold Chest price). Clans all start with 100 points and as they fight they reduce their opponent’s total score. The clan with the highest score after completing the competition wins. Users from the winning clan will all receive a Silver Chest to claim and 3 chances (lottery tickets) to win the accumulated jackpot.

Strengthen clan power

After paying the entry fee, users can add “Power Weight” to their clan by attaching an NFT (maximum 1 NFT per user). Attaching an NFT to a clan could be the key to success as it increases the chances of being victorious at the end of the battle. NFTs used for pool farming or other similar purposes are not eligible for boosting. Any NFTs used for the boost will be locked for the duration of the battle and cannot be withdrawn until the battle is over.

What about betting?

Each competition has 9 types of betting events and each can have several different outcomes, but only a single outcome counts. Users can view all possible outcomes and place a bet by choosing the one they think will happen. Bets can only be placed prior to the start of the event; They cannot be placed during combat. The cost (in $ZOO) to enter is dynamic and depends on the probability of a prize being awarded combined with the current market price of a gold or silver chest.

Users have the option to choose either a silver or gold chest for each bet with rewards corresponding to the type of chest chosen. Won chests can then be claimed manually. The clan selected by the user does not have to be victorious in order to successfully win a bet, as the outcome of a bet is completely random. 50% of the bets placed are burned and the remaining 50% are added to the jackpot.

The lottery

Lottery tickets are distributed to users who join a clan and also when they participate in betting events. Users receive 3 lottery tickets when they pay the entry fee. Winning certain betting events may earn users additional tickets; The amount depends on which chest they choose to wager. The number of tickets received is shown next to each bet; Gold Chest bets offer approximately 10x more lottery tickets than Silver Chest bets.

3 winning lottery tickets from the winning clan will be randomly selected after the end of the battle (this can happen up to several hours after the end of a game). The jackpot is divided evenly between these winning tickets. The winning lottery tickets will be highlighted in the relevant section.

The jackpot consists of 50% $ZOO used for wagering and 50% $ZOO used to enter the event. Lottery tickets cannot be transferred to other events, exchanged or sent to another address.

The ZooPorter

The ZooPorter is ZooKeeper’s pixelated parrot, providing commentary throughout the event and reporting on the action in real-time.
