In January 2022, Wonderland founder Daniele Sestagilli left the decentralized finance sector following the misconduct of Michael Patryn. After leaving the sector, he issued a statement saying that the “Wonderland Experiment is coming to an end”.
The founder took to Twitter to announce his decision. He said that we are back with more technology and less talking and that now is the time for the magic to happen. TIME is a native character of Wonderland.
Wonderland is one of the most popular decentralized reserve currency protocols. The company is available and built on the Avalanche blockchain network on the Olympus DAO protocol.
According to data provided by DeFiLlama, the company was worth $1 billion in assets at its peak, but it is currently touching a $6.3 million mark.
Daniele Sestagilli knew all about Patryn’s crimes but remained silent on the matter, but allowed Patryn to continue his job as Wonderland’s financial manager. After some time, Zachxbt, a crypto investigator and researcher, exposed the matter and tricked Sestagilli into confessing the truth.
After the news broke, all tokens along with TIME related to Sestagilli were smashed. The developer has promised its customers to refund the amount, but it has never done so until today.

Sestagilli’s new project
In April, the developer announced its plans to launch a decentralized yield farming funding project. The project is primarily aimed at people with little financial means.
He also assured us that his plan would usher in a new era of stablecoin yield farming with many benefits. The advantages include achieving any position without making the full payment.
The developer has many expectations from their projects as they want the project to be accessible to all, sustainable growth, strong bonds, nominal interest rates and much more.
Sestagilli is the leader of a group of DeFi projects. Many companies like Abracadabra, Popsicle, Wonderland, etc. belong to this group. The group is collectively known as “Frog Nation” and the members are called “Frogs”.
