Neo Global Development hosted a Twitter Space titled “The Next Wave of Web3 Evolution – Are University Students the New Mainstays of the Industry?”. Pink Paper is participating Neo‘s EcoBoost program, which will strengthen the decentralized content publishing platform that will allow users to tip creators, establish a reputation system, and participate in crowdfunding opportunities. NGD will provide support and incubation opportunities to the Pink Paper team to help the project enter the market. Additionally, Pink Paper intends to integrate NeoFS into its storage tier.
Forthewin Network introduced Neo Boyz NFT Staking on the Double Farm module, allowing LP contributors to earn higher staking rewards. The NFT rewards are stackable, allowing users to stack up multipliers when certain requirements are met. The integration of staking followed the community’s unanimous support for Proposal 36, which took place on the community-driven governance portal Lounge.xyz. In addition, Forthewin Network announced that Poly Network has added support for the NEP token to the cross-chain bridging protocol. In the Twitter announcement, the team stated their intention to build a cross-chain bridge using Poly Bridge.
DogeRift has launched beta testing of its game on macOS and Windows. The beta runs for two to three months and is open to all users who own at least one Bored Doge NFT.
The GrantShares proposal FrankCoin – a community coin that seeks to reward holders – has been approved for funding by DAO members, who were unlocked on Monday, December 12th. And the AfricaN3 Life Savers Event was put to the vote and achieved a quorum in support of the release of the funding.
Flamingo Finance published information about upcoming changes to liquidity pools, the launch of the over-collateralized stablecoin FUSD and FUSD pools. The FUSD token will be launched in the Lend section of the Flamingo DeFi platform, which accepts bNEO, FLUND and fWBTC as collateral. Flamingo also intends to launch the following pools: FUSD/FLM, FUSD/fWBTC, FUSD/bNEO and FUSD/fUSDT. Mint rewards for new pools begin 24 hours after the pools start.
Rentfuse updated Neo Nova to v1.4.0 which added the ability to chain calls in the same transaction by choosing the call set. The Neonova GUI makes it easy to invoke, deploy or update Neo N3 Smart Contracts.
Unlocking the Chain released a video overview of the bNEO wrapped token and neo burger project.
Developer Updates
NGD released a community developer update in November 2022 that includes video contributions from AxLabs, COZ, Neo News Today, NEXT, NeoResearch, Neo SPCC, NGD Digital Labs, NGD Enterprise and Red4Sec.
Neo released Neo-CLI v3.5.0 which included a notable improvement to loading dynamic scripts at contract time. This opens new doors for job developers by enabling new use cases where users can provide logic to run. Neo-CLI v3.5 is currently rolling out on the official Neo TestNet and a MainNet update is expected to follow in about two weeks.
